Kuok Philippine Properties, Inc., the group's principal activity is investing in land and developing property. It has significant amount of investment in land held for future development and real estate projects, for which development is temporarily suspended. Its real estate projects are primarily located in Metro Manila, Laguna, Batangas and Cebu. Projects consist mainly of sales of memorial park lots and certain landholdings.
Other income consists of sale of investments in shares of stocks and marketable securities, as well as interest and dividends. Invests in land and develops property.
